i bought a mascara in a sealed packet and 2 eyeliners but decided that i don't really wear mascara wanted to exchnge it for another eyeliner. can i do this even though it says on the receipt no returns on cosmetics but it is in a sealed packet untouched.

I shouldn't see why not.
I've never done it before but my sister's friend has taken back opened cosmetics before because of irritation and Boots has taken them back no problem.0 -
i phoned the manufactures and they said it was ok to take back as well and speak to the manager - i think it was a trout and will try again0
