24" Maxima Storm Suspension bike Sainsbury £25

Just back from Sainsbury and picked up a 24" suspension bike for £25.

I've looked at the label and it says it is Maxima Storm and has 15 gears. LOL, that'll be interesting. I've bought it for myself so hope I've picked up the right size.

Oh crap. LOL, well, looked like it'll be too small then I'll ask my husband. I can't even ride a bike, I am scared of riding bikes but for £25 was prepared to give it a go. :rotfl:

My husband bought a 26" bike - how can the 2" go from age 9-adult. I don't understand? My kids have just had new 20" bikes and at age 8 they can only just get on them with the seat low - ther eis no way they'll grow 4" in a year.

I have PM'd you where it is from Gem.

I've not opened the box so if it's no good for me and you cannot get one then you might want this instead of me taking it back. I live near the place I have PM'd you about.

It depends in your inside leg measurement/ how tall you are - I have a 24" bicycle but I'm only 5' 2".

For childrens bikes they do the measurements in wheel size. For adult bikes its done by frame size, thats what may be confusing you :) I think the wheels on adult bikes are all the same size, either 24 or 26" (cant remember).
So my 10 year old has the small adult frame at 14" but my oh has an 18" adult frame, hope that helps
