Any help appreciated haven't received my prize

Hi everyone I recently won A Pimms Party Package worth £1500 from an S magazine competition from the Sunday Express. I won on the 27th of March and they notified me on the 11th April and told me that I would receive it in 28 days. I have rang the number on the letter and was told they would chase it up with the PR. I have spoke to the woman again today after I received an email for someone else who hadn't received their prize and she has said she has left a voicemail but hasn't been able to contact the people to sort this out but will keep trying. I really don't know what to do. This is the biggest win I have had so far and was really looking forward to getting it but I am now worried I may not get my prize. I am very grateful for my prize and don't mean to be impatient but I feel as though i'm being mucked about as nobody knows whats going on. Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated. Thanks:(

I have had another email this afternoon since I posted to let me know they are still unable to contact the company for the prize and they will continue to keep trying.
