Has anyone had any experience with this oganisation, typically after I signed up both my kids with them, several people have mentioned problems experienced with them ie missed lessons, no reports being issued. They lied to my son on his first day, said his instrument wasn't ready as they received the paperwork too late, yet other son got his that day, both applications were sent in the same envelope!
