Fixed Mortgage x5 Salary ?

Hi,

I'm wanting to re mortgage using a fixed rate deal, probably for 5 years.
My problem is finding one that will offer the deal on x5 my annual salary.

Can anyone enlighten me towards companies that possibly would offer this kind of deal.

Well it depends on many factors such as size of deposit, how long in job, your job category etc, but Woolwich can consider 5 x income for A1 top notch applicants. C&G have gone to 5 x income.

You need to ensure you answer questions in the same vein as you would write a CV - to put you in best possible light. Think about the job title you use, what sector you work in, give landline phone numbers etc.
