Does anyone know if they cancel the 500 points if you have reason to take back the product? Haven't yet sussed out how Tesco Direct operates!

You can return to a tesco superstore and they didn't take the points off me. Took them all their time to work out what to do to give me my money back as they don't get many tesco returns.Money SPENDING Expert0
