OMG dont you worry. I will look on thursday as i have the whole day off. You need to rest a bit more as you do so much. I can find vouchers etc.

    kit.

yes but you won't know about looking for hidden wonders of London :) there are some fantastic places in London that people are just not aware of, and obviously not touristy because of this.

yes, in the beginning I started to read it, not from the beginning, somewhere in the middle. And then I would stop as I felt it was going over my head. Then I would read a little bit. Then I started to contribute a little.

Every now and again it gets a bit too intellectual for me, haven't read half the books they talk about. And sometimes I feel overwhelmed as my per hour pay is nowhere near any savings, etc.

But sometimes I find it easy to read, and have something to contribute or feel like I actually understand.

i dont feel i can cope with that at the moment my brain is mush cos of being off work so long and i need to get back ASAP

I haven't read the new books. But i read Hector and i have the Secret which i will devour in the summer hols (a cheery frog). It cheers me up to know that we are in a very nice club with people who share the same goals. We are in it together which makes it easier. Firewalker is a good spirit. Good people attract good people and it makes scardy people like me feel safe. She is one of the bravest and most amazing people on MSE. I love Angel, 3dogs, Startagain and Miche, Marru, Beanie too.

I agree in one way, not to feel naughty for having a treat of nice food and a drink on our anniversary, and I know PMcK says all that BUT we share the problem of most overweight people in that we do not stop when full - we keep on eating, which is why I feel bloated now

P McK is right in everything he says though but it is still hard to follow his advice ;);)

WE do normally have smaller meals than we had tonight and don't have this bloated feeling now that used to be a constant thing, and we do feel better for it. As I say, back to plan tomorrow :D
