Not that clever SW, my Dad was based in the far east, so I'v grown up eating chinese and they use cool food's to cool the body and help replace lost fluid due to the heat.

Just caught up :eek:

Good news? I lost a pound this week and Mr 3Dogs lost 2 pounds so both very pleased

Bad news? I have either left my mobile phone at the class or lost it somewhere. I used it at class to let Kit, Steve4 and my Sis know our losses and read replies but don't know where it is now. I rang the S/World Consultant to see if she had found it, but she hadn't seen it. She had already packed up but will check in her boxes when she gets home. I also rang Mr T as we called in there briefly on way home but it had not been handed in I hope consultant finds it I tried ringing it, but remembered that I turned it to silent so it didn't ring in class

Yes, I have located my mobile - someone had picked it up by mistake at class last night after getting weighed. I was on the paying in table and Mr 3Dogs was doing the weigh-ins, and I had left it on that table and he hadn't noticed. Got a text from consultant first thing to say member had text her to say what they'd done and that they had taken it in to the hotal we use for class and handed it in at reception. Mr 3Dogs picked it up this morning on his way to the car boot yard where he is working today on a trailer he has bought - well MrDogs and the cafe owner have bought it between them and they are converting it for best use by both of them

Anyway, good news is that it was not my fault

I have been unable to get onto the internet this morning as my connection is down and the helpline is very busy so not able to get through to them yet. I eventually got a connection through BT Fon which will do for now but may cut out on me, but will try to get through to sort it out later this afternoon
