Good day - went to see friends. And got fed egg on toast and chocolate (not together).

Fibro is short for fibromyalgia and yes, it is flipping painful.

No, I don't know Porge but wanted to say hello anyway.

Feel a bit sick, I ate the meal the boys gave me (yum jolly healthy and tasty too) and lots of naughty chocs but i have taken the right insulin so all will be well.
