Went round to see Linda earlier as she was at hospital today to see consulant who did her leg/knee ops - bad news, seems she has two alternatives: either to leave it as it is and put up with the horrific pain and unable to bend her leg more than a third, or, have a new knee put in, which he is dead against as the rest of her bones are in such a bad condition due to rhuematoid arthritis that nothing to knit it too and if she went ahead against his advice and it went wrong as he anticipates, then she would have to have her leg amputated above the knee :eek: :eek: He apologised to being the bearer of such bad news, but did offer a glimmer of hope, in that he is writing to a top knee specialist for an appointment to she if they thought anything at all could be done to help her. So she is in shock really, and said she would probably get weepy when she gets to bed tonight, when it all sinks in Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13
