I've been down to see Mam at lunch time - she was asleep when I got there but woke up gently and she ate all her dinner and her pud of semolina yuk ! and jam, then fell asleep again while on the nebuliser. Whilst awake though she smiled and talked at little too, and seemed fine. Afterwards she fell asleep again and was sound out when I left, but looked comfortable

What was that wind like last night????? It was really wild, and it still is strong, but we haven't had any rain luckily ......... yet, in fact the sun is shining

OK here all things considered - managed to get myself out of a feeling of being overwhelmed and starting to panic earlier by going out for a bit.

Well done HL.

We must do positive things. When we feel overwhelmed i do a test (usually linked to sugars), then i can do something happy like watch tv, walk in garden, i am going to trampoline when i get my strength back and also we can ring friends who always cheer us up.

Life will be good it's just that there are bad moments.

I have been back at work for about two and a bit weeks and haven't spent a penny at work (i mean i have been Mse not not gone to the loo!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Gotta sleep for a bit. Shattered back later. Love you and hugs.

One of my friends was scared his son wasn't going to get in to study physio he thanked me for my advice and he is in. He says is is cause of me. It isn't but that was so kind of him. ~Am hypo. ~Going not making sense back alter.
