    Close SW, the rose-hips are what are left when the flowers die back, they go a lovely deep red colour and make a wine that is very sherry like :eek:

    oooh interesting. What does the wine taste of?

    I am feeling rather excited about returning to work. I must keep my head tomorrow while all about me, everyone else will be losing theirs!

    It actually starts off tasting a bit like a medium sherry, but as you let it breathe the slight tartness comes through and it is RATHER nice :D, already keeping an eye on our dog rose to see how the hips are doing :rotfl:

    Actually i am not too bothered. Once building work is done i will be happy being a part timer.

    I would like to think of how to make money eventually so I will join the matrix girl thread when i have more time to play with.
