I went to Linda's tonight - she's been for her first physio today, via ambulance - it was supposed to start last week but the ambulance was caught up in traffic jam and running late, so did not get there. Physiotherapist appalled that she hadn't had any physio after her accident and confirmed that her knee is deformed because of this. However, they will give her special massage to try to undo the knot of muscle behind her knee
