I rushed to S today, got last DM and then went to park with DS and realised no mag :eek:. Tried to get corner shop to let me have one as they lots still for sale! He said no. So will call paper tomorrow and tell them Mag was missing, and hopefully they will send or give me code.

I have been watching, and am still watching the golf on Sky, but also trying to make my first transmission to Shop & Scan - eventually got it done at 11.48 pm :eek: Think I will follow your lead and transmit on a Saturday Aesop, when the phoneline is open to answer any queries if problems arise in future

I only did mine today, as was trying to find receipts so could photograph them, scanner doesnt work properly on printer.

Morning everyone and a lovely sunny morning it is too, though it is still a bit chilly at the moment

Just having breakfast and have stripped the bed and bedding is in the washer. We are going to pick up the prescription for my friend, using her car, and that way Mr 3Dogs can pop into the scrap yard to check on the engine for the van

Glad you got your Mail code Aesop. I forgot to save all my receipts and my scanner doesn't work either anyway, so didn't get my receipts send in for Shop & Scan. Need to get new printer/scanner set up this week and remember to keep my receipts

I only found 1 receipt out of all the ones I saved this week! So I photographed it, using mobile and uploaded it. Will see if they accept it tomorrow.

My printer is fairly new, so the scanner should work, but I have never used it since I got it. Actually need to scan now for something I need it for, not the receipts, so will have to do the troubleshooting online.

Online now as DS got sent home from nursery.They said he has to stay away for 10 days when he gets the pox. And as one of his pox hadn't scabbed over and looked a bit weepy, we have had to come home again.

No work for me for the rest of the week. Not good as now need to take holiday or try to make the hours, otherwise I will be short on payday.

Hope your friend feels better today after her medicine.

I only had Sunday's receipt Aesop, but by the time I'd sorted my transmission, I couldn't be bothered to think about photographing that one lonely receipt. But I have just click-scanned by 2 receipts from today and put the 2 receipts in the front of my folder so I know where they are for the weekend

Pity about the time off work with DS still having to stay away from school

I dropped Mr 3Dogs off at the scrap yard they wouldn't give me anything for him :rotfl: :rotfl: and went to Mr T's for my friend's prescription and did more shopping while they did it. I got:

2 more Dett0l no-touch hand wash for £1.99 after half price and £3 coupon
4 more Dove Deo for 5p each after BOGOF and £1 coupon off each one
2 boxes of Liptons Citrus Infusions for 50p each after reduced to £1 and 50p coupon off each
a B/Eye Rice Fusions for 70p after reduced to £1 less 30p coupon
a piece of fillet steak which will do both of us tonight reduced from £6.96 to £1.74

When I picked Mr 3dogs back up from the scrap yard, he had picked out an engine. The first one had 180,000 miles on the clock and was covered in oil, so was in similar state to ours, but the second one was Y Reg and had only 80,000 on the clock one year younger than ours and low milage compared to ours at 130,000 on clock - so he put a £20 deposit on it and they are taking it out of the motor for him for Wednesday, when he will start the job of swapping them over

Oh, I nearly forgot, I also got 8 tins of Green Giant Sweetcorn with Peppers 198 gms barcode 5010046005001 - normally 55p or 44p can't remember by clearing at 8p per tin :j :j One to watch out for folks as it's a great buy and a great store-cupboard item

yay to engine, pft to scrapyard not taking Mr 3Dogs.... LOL< only joking I saw that about the sweetcorn, unfortunately, we are not going tesco this week.

I am only making quick runs into sainsburys and out again.

We have Asda opening on Wednesday, where they closed down our netto, if DH still not working, then he can have DS while I go and have a look. It is literally a walk down the road, so better than Ts anyway, but they said it will only be an Asda Express, never heard of any of these around here, so will need to see how much they stock. They are still doing apg :j

wow, I should come shopping with you! couldn't find rice fusions around here, DH not had steak for weeks as to expensive, and not found any reduced.

You are so much more organised than me, DH had a right go last week at me, and today actually went in loft and looked for my certs for open university. Definitely not up there, so will have to have a look in the cupboard of doom again.

BUT he did help me tidy up spare room today, told me not to bother ironing his clothes , took them all away, sorted through ones he will no longer wear and hung rest up. I just Hung [STRIKE]threw [/STRIKE] mine into my tiny cupboard and will sort out one day, not that there is much to sort.

Just leaves DS' to iron and hang up and then need to fleabay or fb or something to get rid of rest of stuff in that room that I have been promising forever to sell.... his words not mine. I said I will not throw, give to charity, etc, as I need the money more than that, and I will keep trying to sell, even if now reduced to letting stuff go at 99p.

And now with him not working for 2 weeks, he can't give me money, more than ever I need to earn it somehow!

phew! sorry for that, better off my chest now though.

Just got email to say awarded 500 points for till receipt but will do what you do and keep everything in a folder ready for photographing/scanning, if I try to do every night, then simple upload on Sat and done.

Same with ironing, have agreed to try and iron at least half an hour every night, so no big build up of clothes.

We needed spare bed last night, DS was very unwell, he has had stomach problems since birth, and GOSH have written a letter to my Dr recommending he is seen by someone. Couldn't sleep, he was in so much pain, had to give him wind relief medicine, and eventually at 2am, told him he had to go to sleep, so he slept with us for an hour, and then asked to go to his bed. Then I was up at 5.30am...

But if spare room had been clear yesterday, could have slept in there and kept an eye on him.

you never know, ring might turn up.... here's hoping.

But I am slowly working my way through clutter, and trying to organise it into files, etc. and try to work on them every night, so no big build up.

You rant away hun - if you can't rant on here, then where can you rant I got email confirming award of 10,000 points for first transmission so well pleased with that, but will try to leave points accruing for something special or gifts ...... as I say, I will TRY

At least you are getting some sorting done, so time off work is not wasted - well done on finding your spare bed

they had loads of the sweetcorn at one of our Mr T's but none at the other - here's hoping they have some left when you eventuially get there. I hope the new Asda Express is OK for you - I haven't heard of them either

Doing all my washing today as it is a perfect drying day - on my last load in the washer but bedding that I washed this morning is dried and ready to put back on the bed, though I will have to wait until Mr 3Dogs gets back from slimming class to put the fitted sheet on as, with my sore hand, I can't manage it He is helping at todays classes and I am going to tomorrow class to weigh-in and help
