Incorrect date on First Plus Loan

Hi,

I was looking into the details of my First Plus loan as I am away to start seeking a reclaim on the PPI but noticed that they have signed the wrong year on the loan agreement. It was signed January 06 when we took the loan out in January 07.

Does anyone know where I stand legally on this and if it will make any difference to my claim?

Thanks in advance,

Angus73

    Hi,

No, it was their part of the agreement that was dated incorrectly. Both myself and my wife signed our part of the agreement on the 28th of December 2006.

it means an admin error, and has zero effect on your loan the other poster was been sarcastic
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
