Aqua study finance <--- anyone else had problems like me
i hope this is the right place to post this but here goes
About 6 years ago i had a bad accident at work i was house bound and wanted to do something with my time so i seen advertised on tv about a learning from home course i phoned them and they said they would send a sales person round to explain the courses and discuss my options when he arrieved after spending a hour and half here i said i just wanted to see what was on offer and would need to discuss this with my partner before i sign he said fine but because he was a sales rep so to speak he would need me to sign to say he has been so he gets paid i thought this was fine so i did about a week or so later i had a letter explaining thansk for taking a course out with us i phoned them straight away and said i hadnt and that it was a mistake they said i had signed a contract and had to pay now i seeked advice from citizen advice they told me if i had a credit aggreement signed by me or someone had copied my signature i had to ablige by the contract obviously i refused to pay and it was passed to a debt company i set a arragment up with them i would pay £10 a month only i paid from 2005 till 2day when phoned and complained that i paid for a service i havnt recieved and said i will not pay anymore they said they would wipe the debt as ive been coned by aqua study finance which turns out has dissolved and the comapny learning libary that the sales person was from also has changed there name to home learning college has anyone else had problems with any of these comapnys ???????
