Natwest Overdraft Fees
I have an overdraft fee of £50. Completly forgot about a payment that has come out and now my account is -£80.
Natwest charge £6 per working day until my account is again in credit.
I get paid on the 26th each month so it wont be until then.
This is going to cost me a fair bit of money, is there anything i can do so the bank dont charge this or is it just a big learning curve. Thanks

Change banks to one who charges less for overdrafts.
Sometimes this is where a payday loan can come in useful. Add up what you are going to incur fromthe bank, compare that to the payday loan fees and see which is best.
ONLY do this if you are ABSOLUTELY SURE you will repay the PDL on time.
If you decide to go down this route, and you get paid on the 26th, tell them you will repay on the 31st. For goodness sake DON'T stipulate 26th as the repayment day.0 -

This means you will be sent a text if your account goes overdrawn again, and should hopefully mean that you can do something about it before it escalates.Anything that I do say, is strictly my opinion
