Hi, I got loan with welcome finance 7 years ago on my house I owned but now I don't have the property and private rent is there any way I can get out of this loan?

    Pay it off?

    Do you mean do you still need to pay it? yes you do. What happened to the property that it was secured on? even if you don't own that property anymore if the debt hasn't been paid then you still owe the money.
    And if you still owe the money then you could still be taken to court by your creditor to enforce the loan agreement.
