Received mine today but the delivery note states I have paid £23 plus p&P even though I used a code to get it for £13.50. Has this happened to anyone else. At the moment I am so annoyed and debating whether just to send it back.
Thanks

Angela - have you checked your bank/credit card account to see how much you have actually been charged? It might just be that they have put the full amount without discount on the invoice, but have actually only charged you £13.50. If not, ring them and explain you used a voucher they sent you, and they should refund you the £10angela72 wrote:Received mine today but the delivery note states I have paid £23 plus p&P even though I used a code to get it for £13.50. Not received mine yet but bank account has been deducted £26.50 and then refunded £13.50 not sure why they do this so perhaps their invoicing might be the same ie only showing the full amount
HTH I was really confused too!0 -

Sorry hun, no codes allowed in this board
You wont be able to use it again I'm afraid. (Unless you're really lucky?) But there are usually plenty of others floating around.
Glad you all got a bargin, as far as I know the discount should show on the invoice. Mine always do? LXDirect do normally take the full amount and then refund the discount if paying by credit/debit card though.

Yes, they do charge full amount then refund some of it back...strange way of doing things if u ask me but hey as long as I got charged the correct amount im not fussed!
I used another code to get the cars game for it for 9.99. They sell them on Ebay too quite cheap if anyone didn't know.

Hiya,
Got part of my delivery today, not the leapster, i have phoned customer services and told her that i put the code in, but not showing on my account, so she asks what code i put in, and then she applied it, so total for my order of a giant crane playset, and the leapster is £26.59, instead of £40.09.
Thanks very much to the op.
Merry Xmas
