Woolwich changing payment after every Overpayment

We have a 10 year fix with Woolwich / Barclays. Allowed to OP 5% of the balance per year, after that it's a 6% ERC.

Having made 12 overpayments in the past two years, it has never in the past changed the monthly amount I pay, this is only reassessed each September when we receive the monthly statement. After 2 recent overpayment, we received a revised payment notice each time. They said it was a mistake the first time, but did it again! I have specifically asked in accompanying letters, NOT to change our monthly payment. I have never told them it was a 'capital repayment' (which would according to their literature, prompt a revised monthly payment amount). I'm awaiting their letter 'within five days' explaining what has happened here (twice). In the meantime, I've received three letters today, all in seperate envelopes, all with different monthly amounts on them.

Has anyone else had their monthly payment amount change because they made an OP with Barclays?
