Looking for a cosytoes/footmuff

Hello, I need to buy a footmuff/cosytoes for my little girl, but am not prepared to pay the £60 often quoted. Does anyone know of a good deal for one or a decent discount code/quidco combo?

Thanks

I got a 'stay put buggy blanket' which we loved that was 20 quid or so I think.

is it a particular one you are after?
I you want the same sort of look as a buggy snuggle try https://www.snugglytots.co.uk I've had a few fromt here and they are lovely, plus you can pick your colours! xx
  • I don't really have a type in mine, but I do like the buggy snuggle type as they're easy to wash - hate those big chunky things. Thanks for the tips
  • Got my Maclaren one at Kiddicare.com for £19 instead of £55. Great site for all things baby and often cant be beaten on price and very quick delivery too.

    Hope this helps you.

  • Just noticed this thread - does anyone know where I can get a larger sized footmuff? My little girl is nearly 2 but she's as tall as a 3 year old and all the footmuffs I have seen are too small. The one that came with our puschair is too small for her as well!

We tried using a blanket, but one of her shoes fell off and was lost because we didn't notice it had come off. I'd prefer a fully-enclosed footmuff so we don't lose one of her new shoes! Thanks.
  • Minerva69 - had the same problem with my little girl last year when she was only 18 months and all the cosytoes were too small for her.

Blankets were no good as she used to kick them off! I managed to get an extra long footmuff off ebay for about £35 made from a bright fleecy fabric but it was so long it dragged on the ground! Kept her cosy but I was forever having to wash it.

Not particularly helpful i'm afraid but would be interested to see what ideas other people have for keeping our long legged toddlers warm!

Around this time of year Tchibo sell a feather and down navy one for pennies (10 ish) which is large. Excellent product. HTH

We needed one for Little Miss Highland realised we already had a pink fleece blanket big enough, it was gf's idea but she got frustrated with the sewing machine not working for hr and I ended up taking over:D . Basically we doubled up the blanket (sorry I) stitched up one side sewed a zip on the other (but think large press studs would do just as well and be less of a faff) and a hole cut and stitched round for the strap between the legs and Voila a cosy toes. gf was most impressed with my handiwork:T . And blanket had been a bargain in Tesco at £2.49 so truly Moneysaving.
Def worth thinking about giving it a go. :xmastree:
