Mortgage Calculator for Tracker Mortgage?

I am looking for a mortgage calculator which can factor rises in the base rate on a monthly basis.
If anyone could provide a link to one, that would be fantastic.

Why do you want one? It's not as flippant a response as you might think - you need to specify why you might want one as it is easy enough using standard calculators to assess impacts of rate rises and only if you are making regular, consistent overpayments (the capital component of which will reduce and increase with rises and falls in your variable mortgage rate) is there a need to consider regular rate increases over time.0

The MSE Ultimate mortgage calculator can compare two mortgages. So you can put the rates of the one you have and speculate with interest rate changes with the other.
For those into Spreadsheet stuff consider the excellent:-
locoblade's My Excel mortgage spreadsheet (now Mac Compatible)
This works for me with openoffice.net. Not tried LibreOffice
