There are so many scams out there I wanted to ask if anyone has come across any genuine websites. Is the rewards worth it and do you get to keep everything you get or have to send some back?

Most supermarkets have a Home Panel. I belong to the Tesco one and quite often get to test stuff and you always get to keep the products after the test. There is nothing additional (ie money) to the products you test.

how do you become involved in this?0

I've had a couple of products through from doing the Pinecone Research surveys. Think you have to be referred for this or find a sign-up link though. Even if you don't get to test products it's £3 per survey which is quite decent.0

£3? Unless it takes you less than 1/2 an hour it isn't decent at all.0 -

I have occasionally had cosmetic and household products from these people:

It's not a regular thing though - and you need to respond to invites and profile updates quite quickly to be in with a chance.0 -
I tried emailing Lush today, but they said they were full

i stumbled across https://www.clixresearch.com & signed up.
you complete your profile which is bit long winded but after i did this i got offered my first trial very quickly. they send emails & think it's first come first served!
so far i've received 2x cosmetic products to test - no need to return them and the questionaires are very easy to complete

There's a thread about Clix here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/49924
I do it, the questionnaires take no time at all though I don't get that many but it's fun to try the new products - some are lovely, some are dire, I'm doing a cream at the moment.
It seems quite a few of these kinds of things are posted in the freebies board so it might be worth checking there as it isn't really boosting your income as you don't get paid for Clix - unlike the other one mentioned here where you get paid £3 per survey (very easy they are too)I can't say the name as they keep a check and chuck you off if they even suspect you talk about them.0
