Cool, well done. No luck here but I did have a card put through door by royal mail today. Not holding my breath though.0 -
i wrote an email complaining re: the cancellation
they replied back saying they only had 3 in stock and by the time they were getting it off the site, they had already had thousands of orders

Has everyone checked to see if they've been refunded? I have got 3 x £24.25 out of my pp and one refunded..0

Did you pay by paypal or card? I paid by paypal and went to the resolution centre and opened up a file saying item not received, and no refund, and they refunded me within half an hour.
If you paid by card, it can take up to 10 days for a refund.I :heartpuls M.S.E.

Oh, that's weird that you had to do that. I paid by PayPal too.0 -
They took my £3.00 on the 12th of May, but have not refunded it.I only had one order with 3 items on it... just received a cancellation email
I deleted all the emails from Debenhams Extra (and the trash emptied itself), so don't have the order number.
Is there any way I can 'log in' on their site to find out the order number?

If you ring them they can do it by postcode and name, I rang yesterday. They need to take the hold off your funds.0
