Hi everyone, my partner and I are on the verge of getting engaged! We are thinking of going to Antwerp, Belgium to purchase the engagement ring. I am just wondering does anyone have any experience of this or comments? My main reason for going here is that I presume I could possibly purchase a higher quality diamond ring cheaper.
