a few months ago we were notified by our bank that money had been taken from our account without our authorisation.
we recieved a mandate form to fill up and confirm the purchases which were and were not our, which we did immediately.
the ammount was just over 300 pounds and we were told that when the mandate returned we would be refunded our money.
upon calling the fraud department today we were told that they have no records now of the money being taken but we have a statement showing it going and never returning.
can anyone help regarding who i would now need to get in touch with regarding resolving this issue,we currently deal with the fraud department of the bank of scotland but cant find out who is higher up than this department to deal with these things.
any information would be greatly appreciated as we are now at our wits end regarding this
thanks

Tell them you want a police report and crime number. That should hopefully shake them up, if not phoning the directors office works well.Barclaycard 3800
