I don't know anywhere that has increased in real terms.
Why would you think that anywhere had? Most of the indices are showing a slight decline over the year (although you seem to be looking at asking prices which I don't think is the most logical place to look for what houses are actually selling for - how about Land Registry, Halifax (admittedly pretty poor at assessing them) or Nationwide?0 -
Asking prices are a good guide. With the number of houses on sale it can't be skewed. Also it shows a break down of the property types and gives you an up to date YoY figure.Why would you think that anywhere had?
