Wow £50 for a bed beats paying £300 for a bed or more at Dreams or other bed shops ;) can we take them home? ;)

Hey thanks for this! I just booked two nights for a break away in August. A better link than the one below is this probably-
    https://www.marriott.co.uk/hotels/hotel-deals/manva-manchester-marriott-victoria-and-albert-hotel/

I'm really chuffed with this- its hard to get deals like this in the school holidays, especially such a nice hotel. Children can stay in the room too, but fortunately on this occasion we will be free of our wonderful offspring...
This thread should be moved possibly to the travel board I think.

This sounds great, thanks. Can anyone see any other hotels not in Manchester doing this promotion? Thanks

    Hi

I don't know if this is happening elsewhere, but it certainly is at the Renaissance Manchester. I stayed there over Easter so I am now on their database and just recieved a flyer for this deal at the Marriott and also for the "Fab 40" at the Renaisssance - 40 rooms a night at £40 over the Summer (same dates I think?)

You have to quote SUM when booking on their website - but nothing to say that you have to be a returning guest. We are trying to get hold of Take That tickets at the moment so hope to be able to book a couple of nights and make a weekend of it.
