Ok this does include a little bit of swindling but easily done.
HMV give student discound of 10% however they generally only accept the "NUS EXTRA" card which you have to pay for and get your face stuck on the front. However if you manage to find somone with the normal free NUS card then you will notice this one does not have a barcode on the back for staff to swipe, so pop into HMV with this card and they will hand you a "HMV student card" - no picture on it so anyone can use it and you can pop the card number into HMV online and save 10% on there too
Also go through quidco and get an exta 11% (except hardware):j
Works out that I get the Deal or No deal dvd game for £9.61 so I'm happy
