I'm not sure why you have started a new thread on the same or similar topic as you started 6 days ago - the date seems to have changed from the 10th to the 1st ???

You can always fill in a P46 for a new job. However it does make working out your tax/benefits hard without a P45. Check with the Job centre.

Posting the same topic in more than one thread is known as spamming the forum and is usually frowned upon, (read the rules), but go ahead and continue to do as you like, I hope it gets you a different answer, one that you want, good luck. :rotfl::T:rotfl:
Trawling through posts, to see if there is any more background info can often help get to a definitive answer, if you think that is a "sad-act" then fine :p

listen I am just looking for an answer to my question, but as per on this site you get weirdo's with nothing better to do than give you sarcastic replies, I have not as yet got this answer, I just seem to have bumped into a geek! Looking through posts you get a lot of people who put similar replies to yourself, so take comfort in the fact your not alone. Also you mention you look through posts to see if you can find an answer, to be honest, I'd rather somebody posts the answer who actually knows!

triple08, your attitude stinks, you have now used three derogatory statements against me when all I did was link to your other thread on the same topic.
    Your derogatory statements were : "sad-act", "weirdo's" & "geek" :(

I have put you in my forum ignore list so that I do not need to see your posts in future. :p

Triple, have you read the previous thread? Did you go to the CAB and speak to them?

The issue is that if you were monthly paid then your employer may still have not updated April's payroll, it is the update process that issue's the P45 and the law says that the employer should issue this as soon as possible, so you can see that it is ambiguous.

You say. in your 1st thread that you were employed untill the 10th April, if that is so then you should recieve a P60 for 2010/11 tax year, but that is not due until end of May. If you were employed until the 1st April (as stated here) then you are not entitled to a P60 as you did not complete a full tax year of employment but as the last payment to you will be for 1 day in April then your P45 may not be raised until the April payroll is updated.
