Fabulous stockings Purplevamp. Where did you get the little teddy stocking holders? They're just what I need - I never know where to hang mine!
Thank you! I got the hangers from Birthdays (card shop which has now closed down) about 3 years ago in the sales. I'd been looking for ages, not sure where you would get them now though, perhaps Clintons?

Shelley - your tree looks beautiful. I see you like Handy Manny?! Very intellectual!!! ;)

Shelley, I think I spent more time looking at your fab house than I did on your deccies! Really lovely house. BTW the little policeman on your fireplace, where did he come from? Would love to get my hubby one. Oh yeah .... your decs are fab too.

    Thank you Poppet:D :D
The policeman is from the Grogg Shop in Pontypridd heres the link http://www.groggs.co.uk/
My in laws bought it for him when he was promoted to Sargeant and its got the stripes and his collar number on the shoulder. They also do sporting figures.
Is you hubby in the job too?

I've just reserved a white tree from Argos and I'm going to put it in the corner where the blue cones are - I think its too bare!!! I'm going to go for a funky tree with lots of bright colours. Sainsburys is just up the road and they've got fab decorations half price so I'm going for a gander up there. I'm so excited.

I will post more pics later x

That was the kids attempt.... this is mine!

    Think I prefer the kids!

This took 2 days of moving furniture, a morning at the garden Centre in the pouring rain, cost £33, has already taken 2 litres of water in less than 24 hours, (hense the gap in prezzies!) and the room smells christmasy for about 2 seconds when you open the front door! What a palaver. I LOVE IT

It doesn't look as nice on the photo , but once the tea lights are lit it bounces patterns of the glass droppers ...safe to say we don't have children with that tree :rotfl:
