Lipotrim

I took the plunge and went to see pharmacist today and bought Lipotrim. I am going to start it tomorrow as I have no work so that will be good.
I done this before and cambridge and done very well, nearly got to goal and then got pregnant, ofcourse I ate more and more to feed 2And yes it did come back because of that.
Now nearly 5 years later I am doing it again, As it's the only thing I can do to lose weight as I have a problem with food, when I start I can't stop.
Anyone else doing this?
NOTE
Please do not give me the lecture of eating healthy and doing exercise as that is not an option for me at the moment.

Complete meal replacement diet, Like cambridge diet, lightlife etc. There are many out there, But this is the cheapest.
. Includes shakes, and soups..

So, you chose to ignore all the helpful advice you were given on your previous thread then?
Sorry, but you are doomed to a life of weight-loss-weight-gain, low self-esteem dieting, that is not healthy for your mind or body. The only thing you are feeding are the companies that make this rubbish.
How can healthy-eating NOT be an option? It is your ONLY option, the most sensible, sustainable, cheapest option.
It is a rhetorical question, it's your body after all, and you have every right to ignore the good advice that people took time out to give you.0 -

Yes very good advice and I appreciated it very much so. BUT I have a problem with food, You don't understand, no one who don't have same problem as me understands. And I need to take control of it, It's a bit like an alcoholic/drug addict. I can not stop, as soon as I eat I can not stop, I feel sick and will still eat. I have had no help emotional to get to the bottom of it, My Doctor's are not helpful at all.
The forums I been visiting of late are understanding to condition, As they suffer with same also, And they do the VLCD such as lipotrim/lighterlife/camrbridge and so many more. It's the only way to control what goes into my mouth. I will think about re feeding when i got to that stage. Just at the minute I am gaining weight like no tomorrow. (a stone in 2 weeks for goodness sake). It's bloody hard going. Really is0 -
i'm starting this diet again when i come back from holiday in june. i was on it a while ago , but because of personal circumstances had to stop. It is by no means easy (especially the first week!), but the rate that u lose weight should spur u on. IMO, it is great for people like me who have a lot of weight to lose, and like yourself, i have problems with food (its almost an addiction with me) and felt that because there were no food choices, only soup, shakes and bars, it helped stop me from making wrong choices and made me face up to my problems (i know it sounds silly). It is only too easy for those with only a couple of stones to lose to say exercise and eat less, but with those of us who have a lot to lose, we need something with more serious results to keep us motivated and if like me u have health problems that need to be dealt with quickly, it can be a godsend!
Good luck on this, and i'll join u on the lipotrim soon!xxI love my boys! William born 08/01/08 and andrew born 22/2/09.0 -
