Loan Extra Information Advice
Hi,
Applied for a loan online with NatWest, they've sent the papers to be signed, but on the back they've requested 3 months bank statements and it says they must be originals.
The problem here is I shred my statements as they come in. Does anyone know if they'd accept print outs from my online banking?

Depends on the quality of the print out. Some are more readily accepted than others. First Direct ones are generally well received as they look like statements, others look like the output of a chimp and and an excel spreadsheet.
You'll need to check.0 -
Cheers for the quick reply. I bank with Santander, print outs look ok to me but obviously they are slightly different from ones sent out. But they do show the information they're after so i'm not sure why they wouldn't accept them.0

You can normally request printed copies at a cost from your bank?"We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0

They will accept them. However, you only need to send them in where your income is not paid into Natwest. Where it is paid into NW, they can check your income from the figures given and the 3 months statements are not required.Best Regards
