I wanna bracelet that covers the top of arm

Bit of a strange one but has anyone seen a bracelet or some jewellry or anything really that goes at the top of your forearm (just below your elbow)?? My mum's had an operation and got a scar there you see which she's really paranoid about and would like to cover up. Would love with all my heart anyone with any ideas?!
