NRAM to Northern Rock
Options

We currently have a NRAM Together Mortgage and are now moving home. Am looking forward to moving away from the NRAM Mortgage and have an appointment with our IFA tomorrow to go through our options. We have just over 10% for a deposit for our new home and would you believe the best deal that is currently showing according to my research is a Northern Rock Mortgage.
I've no reason to beleive that we will be declined a mortgage (although who knows in this climate) but was wondering if there would be a specific reason why NR would not want to take on a NRAM customer?

NR and NRAM are now seperate lenders. So your application will be judged on its own merits and by current lending criteria.0
