XBox controllers

Options
I was lucky enough to get the XBox deal for £49.98, but I can't get controllers anywhere! I'd prefer not to order from HK on Ebay. Does anyone have a previous catalogue that they get the codes from on the off chance a local Argos would have stock?

Thanks in advance

Just found an old catalogue, codes are 5677689 reduced to 6.49 no stock anywhere or official controller also half price code 0642066 but it's not coming up on system. Oh well anyone any other suggestions?

  • Home bargains are doing xbox controllers for £3.99 if there is a store near you.

  • Unfortunately I'm in Norn Irn, not a lot of choice as all the shops seem to have followed the voice of the almighty Microsoft and removed all their stock

You could always try Gamestation. Picked up an official Microsoft DVD playback kit yesterday for £5.99.

Not linked with these guys, but I have ordered one from here http://shop.gameplay.co.uk/webstore/productpage.asp?productcode=XB0474&title=logic_3_xbox_s-pad

£9.99 with free delivery. Looks a decent controller and has some good reviews on the net.

With regards to the ebay controllers - I was going to order one of the 'official' ones from Hong Kong, but looking at the various sellers feedback suggests they are fakes and break very easily. Steer well clear I think.

Yep, if you want the official Xbox S Pad then Gamestation sell them pre-owned for £12.99. I picked one up, in excellent condition, works perfectly.

Could try madcatz or joytech, not sure if they have online stores but they sell the "microcon" pads and also wireless.
I had a wireless and it was great!

Was this pre-owned? They quoted me £6.99 last week which I thought was a bit steep saying Woolies were doing them for £4.99 for new.
This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!
