in Cutting tax
hi i changed jobs last august time and was on BR tax till March this year and was wondering how do i go about getin a tax rebate i do have my p60

Your best way is to contact your tax office which you can find out how to do by going to this page:
(sorry cant post links as a new user)
Go to Google and type "local tax office" click the second link down. this will take you to the HMRC website click the "local tax office" link. click "tax office for individual enquires". Then it takes you to the page where you will need to do the below:
enter the tax employer reference found on your P60 into the box. This will then give you a phone number and address.
If you phone them I advice to do it first thing as they are very busy.
ThIf you write to them, make sure you give details of your earnings from your P60, stating that you think you have paid to much tax. Give them details your bank account you wish to have your tax repaid to and sit back and wait.
They may take awhile to repay the tax to you.
