i've been trying to contact selectspecs but no reply. their facebook and twitter haven't been updated for some time now.
is anyone having any issues communicating with this company?

Hi Calog,
Nope, we're still trading and busier than ever at the moment!We tend to use Facebook more than Twitter at the moment with our Facebook page being updated on a regular basis (so not sure why you say we've not updated Facebook).
I know our CS team is quite busy with queries at the moment but if you give me a ticket number / name I can chase any questions for you. If you have emailed us directly then please submit a ticket via our ticketing system as emailed questions are removed (which will be stated in the auto-reply).

you haven't answered my question about how long it should take to have question answered and while you're there could you tell me why silverbadger is dealt with quickly but i get no reply?
i don't see why i have to discuss and have my question resolved over a public forum, selectspecs service should better or consistent to all customers.0 -

Hello select specs, I've been trying to obtain some form of contact from your website but am unable, I ordered some glasses on the 1st of June and still no sign, I Live about 10 mins drive from your "office" in roxburough road so maybe I might pop along there to see what's happened my specs0

ordered sunglasses and only invoice has fax only no. website down and nothing on facebook like they claim. think i've just been ripped off. need to look into it and take it further.

also i pressed paypal to pay which logged me on to there. but when i confirmed paypal another name came up like world pay i think0
