I get onto the site and then nothing happens - where do you have to click??0 -

I keep pressing continue after entering my details and a box just pops up sauing "undefined" ?!

My application went through OK, got the 'Thank you. You have requested a sample' message right after submitting my details, and filling in their questionnaire.
