So, prices stable in most of the UK, falling in a few areas, rising in slightly fewer areas. Except of course in Scotland... • New enquiries stabilise, while new instructions rise
• Sales expectations positive but price expectations net balance
still negative

So, price balance remains negative, while more supply comes available, and price expectations negative.

Somehow, Hamish managed to suggest this was good news.
