Hi all,
I closed my loan with Black Horse in 2007 and disposed of all the documentation that related to it. I contacted them today to get hold of copies as I would like to persue a PPI claim, however, they have told me that they don't have my details and that I need documentation to back up my loan agreement.
Do you know how long companies are required to keep client details for and if they are trying to pull a fast one on me?
Thank you in advance.
Claire
