Ahhh, good question, we have 2 ps2's here, one old and one slimline and have ordered 2 sets. I knew that the newer version wouldn't fit the stand but never thought about the remote.

Anyone got one that could tell me whether remote works with slimline.

Old big one! - but everything other than the stand will work for the new PS2 slimline.
