Private tuition

Recently took an income hit and have been forced to try to pick up extra work elsewhere. As a designer, I can usually pick up bits of web design here and there, but it's tough out there at the moment.

I speculatively offered myself through the local community paper for home computer tuition and it has been really good. It's mainly older people needing reassurance and a few people with more specific problems. But if you are good with computers and can be patient with people who just don't understand them, I strongly advise it. It's not going to replace my income, but it is pretty much making me another 5%-10% extra and it all gets paid in cash!

Thought I'd pass it on.
