I am contacting Experian about this. I do not have that many debts! There are 3 credit agreements which appear on my credit report, one of which is settled (an old mobile contract) , the other is my current account (no overdraft) which is active and another which is my credit card active again and up to date. I am nearly 23 years old and for the past 3 years I have lived at uni, I never paid household bills as they were all included in the rent which was paid in one lump sum each year. I find it extremely unfair that this is happening now seen as I've always been cautious with money and didn't rake up student debt :(

As explained above, they are searching for someone who owes a debt - it doesnt mean they are after you - most likely someone with the same or similar name.

I doubt experian will do anything.

If you dont owe any money you have nothging to worry about
