Cattie uses the word 'exclusive' product, but I've been in mortgages 20 years and these things are always fairly widely available sometimes with slightly differing fees from one broker to another.

I have spoke with Cattie today and she has been able to get me approved on a 90% mortgage which I didn't think would be possible this time yesterday. I am very happy at the moment.

Just to confirm that you didn't tout, i did all the chasing. The service I got today was professional, speedy and productive which is more that I have had from previous brokers
