Hi I am building a house abroad (Poland) and need a mortgage to finish it off. Does anyone know any banks etc who would lend against a property in Poland. I only need £90k to finnish it off and the property will be worth roughly £300k?
I have spoken to Barclays, Lloyds and C&G and they were less than helpful?
Thank you

Suggest you speak to either Polish bank or mortgage specialist in Poland.
No mainstream UK mortgage lenders will be interested in self build abroad.0 -
