Just wondering if there's any place you can get imported meats.
I was in Norway and they had some really nice stuff which was basically thin slices of dry cured ham. So it was never cooked, just hung up, salted for weeks etc.
Any ideas where I could get some, or even start looking?
Cheers!

You could try Sawyers in Belfast and if they don't they may be able to advise.0

The continental market is back in Belfast at the end of the month - we got Swedish meat there the last time - our daughter had raved about it after being in Sweden!
You always get some interesting and unusual foods at the continental market anyway - they are at quite afew places through out NI this month, www.marketplaceeurope.co.uk for dates and details!DJWW - cos we won't let it!0 -
