Correct me if I'm wrong but the real issue here is the car being a lemon and not the finance? Are you sure you haven't received the car you bought on the forecourt? Did you note the reg plate before or just after purchase in order to get it insured? Why did you not collect the car in person? Every car I've ever bought from a garage, I've gone down personally to collect it.0

More to the point, if you didn't even go for a viewing prior to purchase, what makes you think it is a different car?
If you purchased without seeing it, you must have simply stipulated a make/model/trim and maybe made an assumption about it's condition.0
