DH just won't stop spending

I guess I put up with it because I married the whole person, not just the spendthrift. No-ones perfect etc. But the deceit is definitely the worse thing - along with the pathetic excuse that I "made" him deceive me because I keep such a tight grip on the finances!!! The funny thing is since my discovery of his secret borrowings, he does seem to have really tried to change. He's making packed lunches rather than going to the pub for lunch, putting stuff in the recyling bin rather than the manky bin; not throwing my Private Eye's away before I've finished reading them; seeking out the odd bargain at Tescos. It's only been a week, mind you!Make £10 a day May challenge

He sounds terribly immature to me and has no self control. You cant keep spending unless you can afford it. I dont understand how he cant see it and why he wants to live life in debt.:footie:0
