Concrete base for dog run

Hi all,
We are in the process of buying a dog run, but we need either a concrete base constructed for it, or slabs put down to place it on. I know I could do it myself if I had the time, but does anyone know anyone around the Lisburn area who would be good for this? It's a small area, only about 6x4.
Thanks!

Is that 6X4 feet or 6X4 meters. If it is feet then it should be called "dog-walk-a-few-steps" and not a "dog run"0 -
Feet. Dog HOUSE then. Now, any chance of you actually answering the question?0

To be honest I have never understood why anyone would have a dog and use a dog run, why have a dog ?
I have 4 dogs that all live indoors, 3 of them are a large breed. Wouldnt dream of using a run for any of them.
Just my opinion of course, Im sure there are plenty of people will disagree with me.0 -
Can't help with someone to do it as we did it ourselves but having had concrete, and then at another house slabs I find the slabs much better. We got some pretty bit 2' flags and they have lasted much better than the concrete. I found the concrete to be very dusty and hard to clean. Also means if you decide to change the location of the 'house' you can move the slabs without having as much hassle as destroying concrete. Oh, and the concrete was actually more expensive.0
